Frisco Dot Com will be creating a collection of San Francisco Transit anecdotes for a "Get Around" page called "Munificent Tales".
These will be gathered from the authors of various blogs and journals in the coming months, and also shall be solicited for, on numerous forums and other public expression outlets across the internet.
Do you have a story related to anything that happened to you while riding the San Francisco Muni bus lines? We'd like to hear it - even if it's just a brief, paragraph-long account. Ideas for a "Munificent Tale" include:
- a "strange bus person" sighting
- a grouch-fest about a crowded bus that drives you nuts
- a tip of the hat to a Muni driver who made your day a little more interesting
- a mini-travelogue about the things you see when riding a particular bus each day
Submissions should be at least three sentences in length. Please send them to munificent@choronzon.org for publication on this site. (In the near future, we will have a submission form for this purpose built into this page. Thank you for your patience.)
Please include your name, age and city. (If you are a San Francisco resident, list the area or district of the City that you live in.) If your submission is related to a certain Muni bus line, please also be sure to note which one. If you do not want your name included, be sure to note that you want your submission listed as "Anonymous".
