New Location for International Arts & Culture Festival Due to Weather

(March 31, 2025) Due to forecasted inclement weather this week, the location for the Frisco International Arts & Culture Festival has been changed to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants. The festival will be a one-day event on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the Frisco Discovery Center. The Discovery Center, which features over 50,000 square feet of galleries, museums, and performance spaces, will be transformed into a vibrant celebration of Frisco’s culture!
Venue and Date Details

New Venue: Frisco Discovery Center, 8004 Dallas Pkwy, Frisco, TX

New Date and Time: April 5, 2025, from 4 -9 p.m.

The festival was originally planned to be outdoors at Kaleidoscope Park over the course of three evenings, April 3-5, 2025.

Schedule Updates

The event will proceed with most scheduled activities, but it will be condensed to a one-day indoor event at the Frisco Discovery Center. The festival will still feature cultural performances in the Black Box Theater, a community mural, food and beverages, historical experiences, and activities, along with local arts and culture non-profit and student organizations. A drone show will close out the Saturday event at 8:45 p.m.

Frisco Discovery Center is located at 8004 Dallas Pkwy, Frisco, TX. The Discovery Center is home to the National Videogame Museum, TrainTopia, and Sci-Tech Discovery Center. Parking is free.
