Part-time Porter/Handyman needed for established, upscale HOA neighborhood in Frisco: Up to 29 hours per week, Monday-Friday, mornings preferred.

Handyman duties: Minor plumbing repairs-leaks, etc. General carpentry, repair fencing, painting and staining. Minor repairs to building equipment.

Porter duties: Maintain cleanliness and supplies for Community Center, Fitness Center, Pool area, Restrooms, and all common area- -trash removal, mopping floors, vacuuming, window cleaning, pool furniture, etc. Set up and tear down of tables, etc. for events-and post-cleanup, and other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
High School diploma or GED; at least 2 years of Handyman experience. Basic personal tools needed (hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
Must have own reliable transportation and be able to pass a background and drug test.
