Position: Game-Day Representative
Full/Part: Part-Time Seasonal
Rate: $7.55/hr
Reports To: Director, Stadium Operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to all who enter Dr Pepper Ballpark
- Check/Scan guest’s tickets as they enter Dr Pepper Ballpark
- Assist in distribution of promotional items to guests upon entry to Dr Pepper Ballpark
- Assist in directing guests to their respective seats and/or hospitality areas, and provide a courtesy cleaning of their seats and/or area, if necessary
- Provide direction to all areas of the ballpark and answer any questions guests may have in a clear, effective, and professional manner
- Be attentive to the surroundings of the event to ensure the safety of all guests in the ballpark
- Aid in- and post-game security for events that may take place throughout the ballpark
- Assist guests in the need of emergency evacuation of all areas of the ballpark
- Keep aisles clear of guests and obstructions
- Build relationships with all guests that enter Dr Pepper Ballpark
- Enforce all rules and regulations of Dr Pepper Ballpark
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods of times, and go up and down steps
- Flexible Scheduling: Availability to work the majority of home games, as well as other outside events. Working weekends (Friday through Sunday) is a MUST
- Treat EVERY guest as if it's their first time coming to the ballpark
- Smile, be friendly, and have a fun time
