We are looking for a unique person to fill a varied role that includes both business and personal assistance. The ideal candidate will be reliable, tech savvy, and be a high energy organizer with a can-do attitude - along with the highest level in aptitude for discretion/confidentiality.
This will be an in office position - although hybrid between owner's residence and office.
General responsibilities and tasks could include:
- Monitor, screen, manage owners email and communications, and respond to communications as needed.
- Data entry, research, paperless filing, and admin assistance as needed.
- Coordinate professional and private schedules.
- Schedule and manage online meeting schedules
- Assist with marketing projects as needed.
- Book business and personal travel, manage travel points accounts.
- Make restaurant and other reservations as needed.
- Help with planning and organizing events as needed.
- Manage medical, and medical appts.
- Research and manage business and personal service providers.
- Supplies, shopping as needed.
- Other general office and personal support tasks and errands as needed.
Requirements:
- HONEST, RELIABLE, COMMITTED.
- Tech savvy, high energy and can-do attitude.
- Ability to communicate at a high level (verbal and written - not just AI).
- A dedicated and hard work-ethic.
- Integrity, honesty, loyalty, and confidentiality a must.
- Reliable transport.
