We finally went. Went twice within a few days. I liked it the first time. It the second time their special sauce was really odd. Super duper thick and all tomato taste! We will definitely go,back and try it again though.

I'm just ready for Grandys to open... cinnamon rolls and hot rolls.

I am surprised though the Chicken Express on Preston is holding on. It is so hit and miss. We have eaten at CE for years as traveling to and from grandparents this was the one place both kids could agree on. So much better at all other locations. It's never busy and kind of difficult to turn into.

Oh!! And KFC on Preston is closed with only drive through open right now as they remodel. Their prices have really gone up! We run through for green beans every now and again as my DD loves them!

Finally made it here and in my humble opinion it doesn't stand out. I would not pass Raising Cane or PDQ to come here even though their menus don't have chicken and waffles on it. I'm not saying it's bad, to me it's just not worth going out of my way to eat here.

I ordered buffalo wings in the drive thru. A mixture of the enticing aroma from the bag and my weak willpower made me pull over at Costco. The wings were hot and fresh. I'm glad that I found a replacement for Pluckers and Wingstop. Super jazzed about the fresh fried okra side. Most restaurants have it frozen and it's been hanging around for a while due to low turnover.

We had Grandys last night. Pretty good! At least a few more choices than some of the other chicken places. Love the rolls and cinnamon rolls. Son wants to have the breakfast soon.

Wonder if they will have the buffet that is on the site at "some locations"

I just saw the Grandy's and was excited!! I love their cinnamon rolls. I'm interested...did they update the interior?

It is still the same layout.. I think they freshened it up some.. we have been inside twice... real friendly people and it was better the second time!!
