Frisco residents are among only 13% of the U.S. population protected by a CFAI-accredited agency. According to CFAI, accredited agencies are described as being community-focused, data-driven, outcome-focused, strategic-minded, well organized, properly equipped, and properly staffed and trained.CFAI accreditation is valid for five years. The Frisco Fire Department first received accreditation in 2018.
