I looked up the map and it is in a nice pocket. It's like an extension of the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve. The huge lot allows the house to stand on it's own with no adjacent houses around. You don't have to do what the mega rich CEOs do - buying up all the properties around them.

Someone on FB said it was near a section 8 apartment,…though I couldn't verify with a quick search.

To the west of the property are a whole community of apartments. But they don't share a road and seems to be fenced off at the property line. But if I were the real estate agent, I'd tell Zuckerburg, Bezos, or Musk they can buy all those apartments with stocks of Meta or Amazon.

I wouldnt want such a huge house. Just thinking of the emptiness on most rooms hahahah. Also, imagine having to call a younger child to come eat. Will have to give them a beeper to carry LOLLL

@xAyeikax : We were in a neighbor's house when they were hosting the quarterly neighborhood get together. 1-story smaller house may be 2,500 sq. ft. ( small for TX ) and it is so cozy and charming.
