Such activities need to be brought to the attention of Law makers and Cortland management.

@jeetkasi : 1 or 2 of those kids I can see will fall behind in school and go down the wrong path. I hope they are identified and the parents and schools be informed. It is not too late for them to learn to follow rules and laws and respect other people's properties.
