Collin County Child Predator Sentenced To 65 Years In Prison
Collin County Child Predator Sentenced To 65 Years In Prison Ivan Espinoza-Montes, 21 years old, has been convicted by a jury of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and will server 65 years in prison. Espinoza-Montes was a family friend, and was discovered sleeping in bed by the victim child's mother. After a police interview and DNA testing, Espinoza-Montes was arrested. Espinoza-Montes was found guilty by a jury of a first-degree felony of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. At the time of arrest, Espinoza-Montes was out on bond facing pending charges that included counts of Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Assault on a Public Servant, Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle, and Theft of a Firearm.
