Breakfast / Brunch Options for the 4th of July We are thinking of going out to breakfast/brunch July 4th. I was looking for a list of what was open for that day.

Cotton patch is open 7/4 but doesn't serve breakfast. Egg Posh is a great place but overcrowded. Awesome food and service. They try to organize the crowds but just have large customer base and small cafe. The beignets are a real treat. I can't find if they are open 7/4 or not. They were last year.
