Cheezies - Frisco Restaurants

I've been to Cheezies several times and the first time I thought it was awesome but now the novelty has worn off. Chances are, I won't be going back. The restaurant itself is just a sandwich shop, nothing special about it. Took the family this past weekend and it seemed like it's the "go to" spot for teenager date night (not a complaint just an observation ). The service was great. You order food at the counter. They give you your receipt and drink cup. Then bring your order out to you. The food is a little disappointing. I think they would go a much longer way if they just offered classic grill cheese with exotic cheeses or breads. We ordered 5 different sandwiches including the pepperoni special so that we could get a taste each others. They all tasted very similar and nothing knocked my socks off. My opinion is that if you want to try something different, go for it. It's just not going to be the go to spot for me. It just doesn't fulfill the comfort food void.
